Technology Intern

Responsibilities

• Provide foundational technical assistance to employees throughout the organization.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues concerning computers, applications, internet connectivity, and office equipment.
  
• Create and manage user profiles while controlling system permissions and access levels.
  
• Support the deployment and effective use of various digital tools and software platforms.
  
• Maintain accurate logs and inventories of all IT hardware and software assets.
  
• Assist in implementing essential data security measures and backup procedures.
  
• Identify complex technical problems and escalate them to senior IT specialists for advanced resolution.
  

Requirements

• Ability to deliver clear and helpful technical support to non-technical staff.
  
• Competence in diagnosing and fixing common computer and software issues.
  
• Experience in managing user accounts and configuring system access rights.
  
• Familiarity with deploying and supporting digital workplace tools.
  
• Skill in maintaining organized records of technology assets.
  
• Understanding of basic data security principles and backup strategies.
  
• Capability to recognize when an issue requires escalation to specialized IT support.
