Job Description - Technology Sales Internship Programme

Are you passionate about technology and sales? Do you want to
kickstart your career in the fast-growing tech industry as a sales guru.

The Technology Sales Internship Programme at Excellium is designed
for ambitious young professionals who want to develop skills in solution
selling, client engagement, and enterprise technology consulting.

As a Sales Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in identifying
client needs, promoting innovative solutions, and supporting real business
deals—while learning how top-performing tech sales teams operate.

  • Learn and understand our suite of
    technology solutions (e.g., Human Capital Management, Enterprise Resource Planning,
    Cloud Software etc.)

  • Support lead generation efforts
    through research, outreach, and follow-up

  • Assist in preparing proposals,
    presentations, and demo materials

  • Participate in client meetings and
    product demonstrations alongside senior sales reps

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to
    align on campaigns and sales initiatives

  • Maintain CRM data and assist with
    reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management

  • Conduct market and competitor research
    to support go-to-market strategy




Requirements

  • Candidates will preferably have
    graduated within the last three years with a minimum of Second-Class Upper.
    Proof of this will be requested

  • Candidate must have proof of NYSC
    completion

  • Must be passionate about sales
  • Strong interest in technology, digital
    solutions, and sales of services.

  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills

  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and
    eager to learn

  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools would be an
    added advantage

  • Must be 27 years old or younger at the
    time of application

  • Application is for Candidate on the
    mainland Lagos

  • Fully On-Site Programmme
