Job Description - Visual Designer Intern (Remote)

Lendsqr is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Design Intern to support the design and marketing team in creating engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, stays current with emerging trends and AI-powered creative tools, and is capable of translating ideas into visually compelling assets that align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually compelling designs for various digital and print platforms.
Utilize AI design tools and freehand creative techniques to develop unique and engaging visuals.
Design and execute marketing materials for social media campaigns, blog content, website assets, presentations, and other brand communications.
Support the creation of creative assets for product launches, campaigns, and internal initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and delivery timelines.
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, layouts, and visual communication across all materials.
Stay up to date with current design trends, emerging technologies, and evolving creative best practices.
Assist with visual storytelling through motion graphics, lightweight animations, and short-form video content where required.

Requirements

Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and AI-powered design tools.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, layouts, typography, and branding.
Ability to manage multiple design projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing campaign design requirements.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with light video editing for short video explainers and marketing content.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations.
Experience creating engaging content optimized for digital audiences.
