Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description: Globacom is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team. This is a remote part-time position based in Abuja, Nigeria, at an Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries - Assist in month-end closing procedures and audits - Manage Accounts Payable aging reports and ensure timely payments - Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient payment processing - Utilize accounting software to input data and generate reports - Maintain organized and accurate financial records

Requirements: - Proven experience in Accounts Payable or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Resourceful, hardworking, cooperative, and skilled in project management - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
