Accountant - Work from home

Job Description:

Konga Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Accountant working from home, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with budget preparation.

Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and reports for management - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data - Assist with budget preparation and financial planning - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Monitor cash flow and financial transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in accounting standards - Other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 4 years of relevant experience in accounting - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance - CPA certification is a plus
