Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accounts Payable professional to join our team at NNPC Limited in Abuja, NG. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors regarding payment inquiries - Assist with month-end closing processes - Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable - Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies - Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with company policies - Adhere to all financial regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Attention to detail and strong presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
