Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Nestlé is seeking a reliable and resilient Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions - Assist with month-end closing processes - Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment issues - Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary documentation - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable

Requirements: - 4 years of accounts payable experience - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong adaptability and planning skills - Proficient with accounting software and MS Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
