Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Huawei in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable for the company.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues - Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts payable - Prepare and analyze monthly reports on accounts payable activities - Participate in internal and external audits as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate and independent individual with emotional intelligence and presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
