Accounts Payable

Job Description: We are looking to hire a part-time Accounts Payable Associate at Lafarge Africa in Lagos, NG. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable and possess the personality traits of independence and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Process invoice payments accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries - Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
