Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable at Dangote Group in Ibadan, NG, you will be responsible for managing the company's outgoing expenses, ensuring that all invoices are paid accurately and in a timely manner. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Resolve invoice discrepancies - Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries - Assist with month-end closing processes - Maintain accurate financial records - Work closely with the accounting team to support overall department goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Driven and motivated to excel in an accounting role - Analytical skills to review and process financial documents - Emotional intelligence to handle vendor relationships effectively - No prior experience required
