Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and resourceful Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Hilton in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Review and verify employee expense reports - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any payment issues - Assist with financial audits as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
