Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Chevron Nigeria is currently seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the field of accounts receivable. We are looking for a confident and hardworking individual with a passion for analysis and persuasion.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile accounts receivable records - Prepare and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies - Update customer records and maintain accurate financial data - Assist with month-end closing processes - Communicate with customers to discuss payment terms and agreements - Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and grow in the role
