Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Union Bank of Nigeria is seeking a reliable and confident Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Abuja on a part-time basis. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. As a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of incoming payments, monitoring overdue accounts, and communicating with customers to resolve any issues.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable transactions and records - Follow up on overdue accounts and collections - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies - Communicate with customers to address payment issues - Assist in month-end closing procedures - Generate reports on accounts receivable status - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
