Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Andela is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Port Harcourt, NG, ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will be driven and hardworking, with strong strategic planning and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Review and monitor accounts receivable aging reports - Follow up on outstanding customer invoices - Prepare and process billing statements - Reconcile customer accounts - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting - Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues - Maintain accurate records of customer payments and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
