Job Description:

TotalEnergies is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable for our office in Lagos, NG. This is a part-time position suitable for someone at an entry level with 0 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Process and manage online payments for vendors and suppliers. 2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions in a timely manner. 3. Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and receipts. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. 5. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any payment discrepancies. 6. Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts payable. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payment processes. 8. Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Basic understanding of financial principles and practices. 7. Knowledge of online payment systems and processes.
