Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Konga Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a part-time member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable processes for our online operations. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Review and process online invoices in a timely manner 2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies 3. Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions 5. Assist with month-end financial close processes 6. Collaborate with other team members to streamline and improve accounts payable procedures 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable 8. Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Confidence to handle vendor interactions professionally 7. Energetic and adaptable to changing priorities 8. Creative problem-solving skills 9. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
