Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Farmcrowdy is seeking a part-time Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess the personality traits of being energetic and reliable. Additionally, candidates should have strong soft skills in research and planning.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes and systems - Monitor and follow up on customer payments - Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable - Generate reports and analyze data for management decision-making - Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting - Contribute to process improvements to streamline accounts receivable operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of online payment platforms and processes
