Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Shell in Ibadan, NG is currently seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Process online payments and reconcile accounts receivable. 2. Follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments. 3. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies. 4. Generate monthly reports on accounts receivable status. 5. Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment issues. 6. Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies. 7. Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. 2. Strong communication and persuasion skills. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. 6. Motivated and detail-oriented individual.
