Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Huawei in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As an Online Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all online accounts receivable functions for our company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and update online accounts receivable records - Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with customers regarding payment issues - Generate reports on accounts receivable status - Assist with month-end closing processes - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Resourceful and dedicated attitude towards work - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
