Job Description:
Flutterwave is seeking a passionate and resilient Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Abuja, NG. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies and inventory - Coordinate meetings and appointments - Handle incoming and outgoing communication - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports - Maintain files and records - Provide general administrative support to team members - Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4 years of experience in an administrative role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and problem-solving abilities - Excellent time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
