Job Description:
Ernst & Young is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing paperwork - Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks - Conduct research and compile data for various projects - Maintain electronic and physical filing systems - Support the team with any additional administrative duties as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 1+ year of experience in an administrative role - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Adaptability and ability to work independently - Problem-solving mindset and innovative approach to tasks
