Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

SLB is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to join our team remotely. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles and possess strong adaptability and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual events, webinars, and other online activities. 3. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed. 4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations. 5. Assist in project management tasks, such as tracking progress, deadlines, and milestones. 6. Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for team members when necessary. 7. Serve as a point of contact for external partners, vendors, and clients, providing excellent customer service. 8. Support HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees, providing training materials, and maintaining employee records.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles. 2. Strong adaptability and strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
