Job Description:
Konga Group is seeking a passionate and resilient Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our remote office in Lagos, NG. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office management.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the remote office - Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow - Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Maintain office supplies and equipment - Assist in organizing company events and meetings - Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in office management - Passionate and resilient personality traits - Strong innovation and leadership skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
