Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Kuda Bank is looking for a passionate and dedicated Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in office management or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate office operations, including administrative support, procurement, and facilities management - Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines - Handle employee relations, including onboarding new hires and organizing team-building activities - Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Act as a point of contact for external vendors and service providers - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software - Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines - Research skills and creativity are highly desired


Personality traits required: - Passionate about office management and contributing to a positive work environment - Dedicated to supporting team members and ensuring productivity - Able to work independently and as part of a remote team


Soft skills required: - Strong research skills for sourcing vendors and information - Creativity in problem-solving and process improvement
