Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Wema Bank is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work, based in Abuja, NG. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Managing office supplies and equipment - Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflow - Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence - Scheduling appointments and meetings - Assisting in project management tasks - Maintaining records and databases - Providing administrative support to senior management


Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in office management or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
