Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Ibadan, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in operations management, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize team performance and achieve business objectives. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement. - Provide leadership and direction to remote team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align goals and priorities. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and customer satisfaction. - Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - Proven track record of at least 8 years in operations management. - Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving results and motivating teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely, while still fostering a cohesive team environment. - Driven and dedicated personality traits. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. - Experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
