Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Konga Group is seeking a dedicated and independent Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and streamline processes. 2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of remote employees to achieve company goals. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to upper management. 4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication. 5. Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize operational performance. 6. Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to drive progress. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. 3. Strong leadership and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. 6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. 7. Experience working remotely is a plus.
