Job Description - Personal Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Ikeja Electric, a leading electricity distribution company in Nigeria, is seeking a reliable and confident Personal Assistant to work remotely in Port Harcourt on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a senior executive.


Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Handle correspondence and phone calls - Arrange travel and accommodations - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents - Assist with personal tasks as needed - Manage projects and deadlines - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Confident and reliable personality - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
