Job Description - Personal Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Guaranty Trust Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives remotely.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings - Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations - Act as a liaison between the executive and clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion - Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed - Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Conduct research and compile information as requested - Provide administrative support for projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Energetic and hardworking with a positive attitude - Excellent people management and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and remotely - Prior experience in a remote work setting is a plus
