Job Description - Personal Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Airtel Nigeria is seeking a resourceful and energetic Personal Assistant to work remotely in Ibadan, NG. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a senior executive, helping to manage their schedule, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and assist with various projects as needed.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested - Assist with personal tasks, such as errands, gift purchasing, and other miscellaneous duties - Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Excellent organization and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Comfortable with remote work and virtual communication tools
