Job Description - Personal Assistant - Remote Work

As a Personal Assistant at Standard Chartered Bank, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and handling a variety of tasks to ensure their day runs smoothly. This is a remote work position based in Lagos, NG, on a part-time basis at the Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Managing schedules, arranging appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements - Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion - Conducting research, preparing presentations, and drafting correspondence - Acting as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, and other stakeholders - Organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points - Managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries on behalf of executives - Handling expense reports, invoices, and other financial paperwork - Providing administrative support for special projects and events


Requirements: - 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Strong organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
