Job Description - Remote Administrative Assistant

Job Description:


Guaranty Trust Bank is seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, adaptable, and possess excellent presentation and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to a team of professionals remotely - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports - Handle incoming and outgoing communication effectively and timely - Assist with various projects as needed - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
