Paylater is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates who are driven and confident, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic company.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence - Assist with project management tasks, such as creating and maintaining project documentation - Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Assist with various HR tasks, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees - Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners - Perform basic accounting tasks, such as processing expense reports and invoices - Support the team in day-to-day operations and special projects as needed
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Negotiation skills and leadership qualities - Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required
