Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tropical General Investments in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the office including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. - Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file management. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. - Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate maintenance as needed. - Assist with special projects and events as assigned. - Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately.
Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in an administrative role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
