We are looking for a motivated and confident Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team at Huawei in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files - Conduct research and prepare reports as needed - Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and organizing office spaces
Requirements: - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
