Job Description - Administrative Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Unilever Nigeria is seeking a part-time Administrative Associate to join our team and work from home in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being confident and adaptable. Additionally, strong soft skills in presentation and time management are required for this position.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the company. 2. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. 3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. 4. Assist with event planning and coordination. 5. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping. 6. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 7. Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional projects. 8. Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 7. Experience with remote work is a plus. 8. Must have a dedicated home office space and reliable internet connection.
