Job Description:
MTN is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to work remotely from their home in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles and possess the ability to work independently and be resourceful.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records - Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables - Provide support to team members with various tasks as needed - Conduct research and analysis on various topics to support decision-making - Use emotional intelligence to navigate interpersonal relationships within the organization - Assist with event planning and coordination as necessary - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information - Other duties as assigned
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in administrative roles - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong analytical skills - Emotional intelligence - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
