Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


As an Office Manager at AB InBev in Abuja, NG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring that the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, and we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Managing office supplies and equipment, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating repairs as needed. - Coordinating office maintenance and cleaning services. - Managing office events, such as meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. - Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and packages. - Managing the office budget and expenses. - Supervising administrative staff and providing support and guidance as needed. - Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned by senior management.


Requirements: - A reliable and dedicated individual who takes pride in their work. - Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. - A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
