Job Description - Remote Office Manager

Job Description:


Interswitch Group is seeking a part-time Remote Office Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are confident, reliable, detail-oriented, and creative.


Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the remote office, including coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies - Assist team members with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, and organizing files - Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner - Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security in all aspects of the role - Help create and maintain a positive work environment for remote team members - Assist with special projects and events as needed


Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in an office management or administrative role - Confidence and reliability in completing tasks accurately and on time - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Creative problem-solving abilities and the ability to think outside the box - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
