Job Description:
UBA Group is seeking a confident and dedicated Office Manager to join our team in Abuja, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of administrative support.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes. 2. Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and maintenance. 3. Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff members. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain organized filing systems. 5. Assist with HR duties such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. 6. Support financial operations by managing expenses, invoices, and payroll processing. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork. 8. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity. 9. Provide support to senior management as needed and act as a liaison between executives and staff. 10. Monitor and improve office efficiency through continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with office software applications. 6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 7. Knowledge of HR practices and procedures is a plus. 8. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
