Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


TotalEnergies is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Office Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Office Manager with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. 2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. 4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. 5. Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. 6. Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to improve office productivity. 7. Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed. 8. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders. 9. Oversee office budget and expenses to ensure financial sustainability. 10. Provide support to senior management and assist in special projects as assigned.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or related field. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
