Job Description - Online Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Andela is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Online Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The Online Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our online programs and ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual office environment. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role and who possesses the personality traits of independence and confidence.


Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, webinars, and events for online programs. 2. Manage online calendars and schedules for program participants and instructors. 3. Provide administrative support for online program logistics, including managing virtual communication platforms. 4. Assist with tracking and reporting on program metrics and outcomes. 5. Coordinate virtual travel arrangements for program participants and guest speakers. 6. Assist with managing online program budgets and expenses. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination across virtual teams. 8. Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and virtual communication platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Personality traits of independence and confidence. 7. Soft skills in people management and cooperation. 8. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
