SLB is seeking a reliable and passionate Online Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lagos, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online administrative tasks such as calendar management, email correspondence, and data entry. 2. Coordinate virtual meetings and events, ensuring all necessary resources are in place. 3. Assist with online research and content creation as needed. 4. Support online marketing and social media efforts. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure online projects are completed on time and within budget. 6. Provide excellent customer service to online clients and stakeholders. 7. Maintain confidentiality and security of online data and information.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an Online Administrative Coordinator or similar role. 2. Strong people management and communication skills. 3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 4. Tech-savvy with proficiency in online tools and platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team. 6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
