Job Description:
Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a reliable and driven Online Secretary to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for unlimited personal and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize online calendars, appointments, and schedules for executives. 2. Respond to emails and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct online research and compile information for reports and presentations. 4. Assist with online data entry and document management tasks. 5. Coordinate virtual meetings and conference calls. 6. Assist with online event planning and coordination. 7. Provide general online administrative support as needed.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred. 3. Reliable and driven personality traits. 4. Strong time management and research skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8.
