Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Union Bank of Nigeria is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day remote operations support, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives. - Conduct research and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives. - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities. - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate operational activities. - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
