Operations Associate

Job Description:

Seplat Petroleum Development is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the coordination of operational activities, including scheduling, logistics, and resource management. 2. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of operational processes. 3. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 4. Support the development and implementation of operational strategies to achieve company goals. 5. Work closely with senior management to provide regular updates on operational activities and performance.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
