Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Eko Electricity Distribution is seeking a highly motivated and independent Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement remote operation strategies to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the team. 2. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 4. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for remote team members. 5. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Manage remote team schedules and assignments to ensure coverage and availability. 7. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure alignment and engagement. 8. Address any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and professional manner. 9. Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new remote team members. 10. Continuously seek ways to improve remote team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in remote team management. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
