Remote Operations Manager

SLB is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in operations management or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee remote teams to ensure efficient operations and delivery of services. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and streamline processes. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. 5. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Lead project management activities to ensure timely completion of projects. 7. Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with remote team members.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field. 2. Proven experience in remote team management and operations. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in project management tools and software. 7. Knowledge of industry best practices in operations management.
