Operations Manager - Work from home

9mobile is looking for an experienced and energetic Operations Manager to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with mid-to-senior level seniority and a requirement of at least 6 years of experience in operations management.

As an Operations Manager at 9mobile, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of our organization. This includes developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, managing budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.

Key responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Manage budgets and expenses to ensure financial efficiency - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards - Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness - Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve communication - Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Drive a culture of excellence and high standards in all operational activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - At least 6 years of experience in operations management - Energetic and driven personality - Strong analytical and creative thinking skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience working remotely is a plus
