Job Description - Personal Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a resourceful and hardworking Personal Assistant to join our team at Sterling Bank in Abuja, NG. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the executive team to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a part-time entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team - Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and tasks - Conduct research and gather information for various projects and presentations - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence - Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed - Handle confidential information with discretion - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times - Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creativity and analytical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
